Little Chef

While at school on Wednesday Logan's class made apple roll-ups. He brought home the recipe and asked if we could make them at home. While he was at school on Thursday I went to the store and bought the ingredients (biscuit dough, apples, cinnamon and sugar). When he got home from school on Thursday we made the yummy snack. Logan, the little chef, did all of the cooking and taught me how to make it as he went. He had the best time cooking and teaching. He is so proud of himself. The apple roll-ups were delicious.

The recipe:
Cut refrigerator biscuits in half and press down with fingersSprinkle cinnamon and sugar on biscuit halves
Place a peeled apple slice in the middle of each biscuit half
Wrap the biscuit half around the apple
Bake at 350 until brown about 12 minutes
