Another group of updates

Again, sorry for taking so long to put up anything. Things around here are busy. We also had a few days without power, so I could not update.

At the end of August we welcomed two guests in to our home, Chen and Juncheng. They are exchange students at Samford University from China. They are staying with us until January when they will move on to campus. We are really enjoying having them in our home and being a part of our family. They love to play with Logan and he really loves to play with them. In an attempt to expose them to different aspects of American culture we came up with a list of fun activities. Last Saturday we took them to the Samford game. We also plan to go to the Auburn vs Samford game in Auburn and of course a Georgia Tech game too. Some other fun events we plan to do in the future: trip to the Smoky Mountains, trip to New Orleans, trip to the beach, trip to the Space and Rocket Center...and anything else fun that comes to mind.

Sunday afternoon we took a trip to Pinson to visit Preston's grandparents. Everyone enjoyed seeing one another. Granny Dot was able to hold both boys. Big House and DiDi were also over there so it was a nice surprise to see them too. Hopefully we will be able to get back out there soon.
